I have only been sewing for just over a year but I feel it comes so natural to me! I am self taught, and love coming up with new things and working with different fabrics! I think the reason it comes so natural is because my Grandma was a big time quilter. She made all her grandchildren quilts when they graduated high school. My nana is also a really big crafter, she has been raising sheep for many years for their wool. She makes beautiful afghans, mittens, socks and everything in between. I hope to pass on my skills down to my girls, I look forward to the days where I get to teach them to use the sewing machine for the first time.
